I might come back to it when it's complete but as of right now it is not even worth the $5 I put into it.. This game has a lot of potential, as of right now its very basic but you can have some fun for a little bit. Id say for the price it is worth it.Hopefully future updates bring more things because im unsure what the yellow and blue coins do right now lol. I like the direction this is going. It seems like a revamp of the cult-classic "Smash TV". At the momemt though becasue it's early access there are a lot of bugs and video\/aspect ratio issues as well as some stages\/rooms spawning items and pick-ups in non-accessable areas. With some polish though i can see this game being a smash hit.. Even though it's still an early product, I say it's the best next game for Smash T.V tribute games so far. Defenitly worth $4.99 of my time.. +1 Dev is very honest.Edit: Dev fixed the Store Page, all is good - leaving this up to show how s\/he handled the situation, in a good way: here's hoping that when it hits 1.0 it's good! ~Old review, prior to Store page fix:This is a *very* rough build \/ EA alpha stage project, with the dev obviously tinkering around (removing ~80% of items last patch to sort basic core elements out) and is NOT a 1.0 gold release. Nowhere close. It's also a pity, because Dev didn't realize that their store front wasn't stating EA:SO: DO NOT BUY IF YOU EXPECT A FULL GAME \/ NOT INTERESTED IN SUPPORTING EA INDY GAMES. 100% DO NOT BUY \/ COMPLAIN IF THAT'S YOUR EXPECTATION.However, Dev was:a) Monitoring forums and noticed this within ~1 hr (always a good sign)b) Immediately told me to refund as s\/he recognized the errorc) Couldn't sort it with Steam, but immediately pushed an update text stating the error.d) Stated s\/he's a solo dev working on it for 1 1\/2 yrs (and obviously learning their craft while doing so)So - atm, it's a very very bare bones Smash TV clone with a some issues, not much content (you'll finish the 1st arena in ~30mins or so) **but** with a lot of promise. Advice to Dev: nail the SP content \/ structure before even attempting the MP code: MP code is a heinous task, you need to sort the base core mechanics out first.$5 to support an obviously honest & first time dev? Sure, we'll do that. Just don't buy if you're not into that kind of thing.. The absolute bare bones of an experience are here. The shooting is alright. There are "power-up" weapons with limited ammo you pick up. They are okay, maybe even kinda cool. The movement feels slow, but that's mostly an issue when you are running around cleared rooms etc. During combat it works. As you clear rooms, more enemies start appearing. A bit too many actually. You can get into a situation where there is a horde after you and unless you get lucky with a weapon drop, you're going to take a hit (because you can't kill them fast enough and there is no way to kite them). That's it. The only additional mechanic is picking money to buy a chest for an item. I don't know the extent, but in my last run I got two chests. One had a map...the other just had blue tokens (that I believe are used to power items, that I didn't have). After you beat the boss, you get whisked to...a coming soon screen. There isn't enough here, what is here is kinda boring, and there are bugs. Many of them are just visual, but they are distracting. Come on dev, I believe in you.. 07\/23\/18As of right now I don't know if it's developers' intention but this game was to underdeveloped for me, a basic twin stick shooter that you can finish in 30 minutes or so.
